For over 25 years, we have manufactured some of America's finest quality down comforters, pillows and featherbeds for sale through fine linens stores, specialty retailers, catalog merchants, and select interior designers. All of our comforters, pillows and featherbeds are individually made, precisely filled, meticulously sewn and inspected, and usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Same day shipments are often possible. Custom orders are always welcome. Producing to order, instead of producing for warehouse stock, assures that your customer's products have been quality made and individually inspected. | About Our Downproof Fabrics
We have considerable experience in sourcing the world's finest downproof textiles from mills in western and eastern Europe, and around the world. Several of the mills with whom we work have been weaving downproof textiles for well over one hundred years. Specialty textiles made from cotton, silk, lyocell, and blends, including certified organic fibers. Textiles that include downproof cambric weaves, twill weaves, sateen weaves, batiste weaves, and jacquards, chosen to match the down/feather content of the fill, guaranteeing that your customer will enjoy many years of use from their heirloom-quality product. And remember, all DeWoolfson products carry our ; your assurance that they meet strict European standards for ecologically safe and healthful textiles, produced without dangerous chemicals. About Our Down Fills Choose a down fill appropriate for your market, your customer, or your climate, including our 500, 600, or 700 range fill-power white goose down, up to rare qualities of 800 and even 900 fill power. Or for pillows and featherbeds, select from one of our many qualities of down/feather blends. Need a specialty fill for a customer? Don't hesitate to ask. Of course, as always, all DeWoolfson fills are exclusively of European origin. Unless specially requested, all fills are of white goose quality, using no gray down or duck down fill.
